|Course Description||This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, coordinating and/or delivering of person-centered services to individuals, groups and communities.|

|Entry Requirements||There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, however TrainSmart Australia will assess a students’ ‘Academic Suitability’ to ensure the student has the best chance of success. Academic suitability is determined by either; the student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of an Australian year 12 Certificate; or, the student completing the Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) online assessment passing at or above Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) in both reading and numeracy.|
The Diploma of Community Services will equip you with the necessary skills to be able to advise, support and help various groups and individuals in our community – from all walks of life. You will learn how to support those from different backgrounds and be given strategies and skills to assist, nurture and promote their wellbeing.

On successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the following nationally recognised qualification: CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services.
