Course Description A career in Information Technology Networking will pave the way for you to enter a career in designing and constructing networks. This includes both large wired and wireless networks, intranets and large scale networks. A career in IT networking is extremely varied as IT is ever evolving and updating. This Diploma of Information Technology will develop your skills in network designs and large scale server management and prepare you for a broad range of specialisms in the commercial world.

Entry Requirements There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, however TrainSmart Australia will assess a students’ ‘Academic Suitability’ to ensure the student has the best chance of success.  Academic suitability is determined by either; the student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of an Australian year 12 Certificate; or, the student completing the Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) online assessment passing at or above Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) in both reading and numeracy.
